Oh Henry!

Meet Henry, the newest edition to our family.  Henry is my sweet little nephew and I look forward to chasing him around with my camera.  The little guy has no idea what he's in for...

3 more weeks till easter!

I can't believe that we are only 3 weeks away from Easter!

It seems like just yesterday it was fat Tuesday and I was eating a delicious paczki!  This year my husband Brent and I gave up eating meat for lent!  I know it sounds like a hard thing to do, but it really is not so bad!  I love to cook and this has been a great culinary challenge for me.  It's amazing how many great dishes are meatless!

This year Easter falls on April 12th.  This is a very special day for us because Brent and I will be celebrating our 12th Anniversary!

American girl Fashion Show

This weekend I had the pleasure of helping the Junior League of Birmingham raise money for their American Girl Fashion show fund raiser.  This is the second year I have worked this special event.  I enjoyed working with all these smiling faces of our "local American girls"!
